super cute lil modern number from victoria’s secret. the buttons are functional all the way up the side/slit and it has a lil extra flap that snaps in to help cover your leg under the lace. elastic waist but the fabric isn’t stretchy. tag says size XS. waist fits 24-26 inches. hips 36 inches. length 25-26 inches with lace.
