vintage wool stripe dress

beautiful old piece with minimal tags. fully lined, i would guess it’s probably 70s??? super cute. has a lil belt. tag says S but i don’t think it’s a small, probably closer to M. buttons are purely decorational. waist is 38 inches (but can be smaller w/ belt.) torso length is 15 inches. length is 38.5 inches.
