vintage patchwork bottom skirt

super cute unique handmade (?) skirt. soft lightweight material, non stretchy. the bottom is patchwork n it came with a little flower brooch!! tag says s/m. waist is elastic and fits 28-34 inches. hips are 44 inches. length is 35 inches.
