vintage japanese grey zebra print velvet skirt

this is a gorgeous unique beautiful piece in perfect condition. it’s so much more beautiful in person it’s almost shiny. fabric is stretchy and the waist is a thick elastic but it doesn’t bunch up. has a perfect slit on one side. it’s honestly a perfect skirt. tag is in japanese but i put the translation in too for U. waist fits 28-32 inches. length is 35 inches.
