vintage handmade orange felt floral skirt

ughhhhhh i love this skirt it rocks. handmade mini skirt. soooo soft and nice. no tag or anything. waist fits 34 inches max but it has a nifty lil drawstring system up front to tighten it to any size. can be tucked in tho lol. length is 17 inches.
