vintage patchwork farmer skirt

cutie lil stretchy frilly skirt! There is two random strings in the back and one in the front. I am not sure what they are for, use your imagination i guess! Unstretched, the waist measures at 28 inches. Stretched, it goes up to 40 inches. in very good condition! Esssential for all you farmer core people out there.
