70s union made pink hawaiian floral poncho/robe dress

i truly have no idea how to describe this it’s such a majestic insane piece. it’s essentially a big circle with a collar and 2 little holes for ur hands. it’s lined with a yellow-ish slip dress so it’s not totally sheer, and it zips up the back with a little clasp at the top. collar has a gold trim. there are a couple little holes and the seam at the bottom has come undone in one spot, all photographed. the neck hole is 15 inches. tag says size medium. pit to pit of the slip is 21 inches. length is 53 inches.
