this is not vintage but it’s rly cute so i wanna pass it along. tag size small, from urban outfitters. the bow/tie up front is not functional, purely decorational. top is elastic. fabric is stretchy. zips up the back. underbust 24 inches. waist 25 inches. length 25 inches.
