lil cream velvet tiered skirt

this one is a cute thrift find that i feel deserves a better home. she may be a bit cheaper material and newer made but it’s still cute asf and in good condition. zips up n zipper still works, not really stretchy, waist measures at 28 inches and it’s 17 inches in length!
