beautiful sweet lil piece. no tags or anything. the collar is a very stretchy elastic, i like to wear it over my shoulders but you can wear it up higher if you want to. stretches to 23 inches across so 46 inches around. pit to pit measurement is 20 inches. sleeve length is 18-19 inches with or without lace. length is 41 inches.
