green plaid frayed layer skirt

sick lil frayed punk rock number. it’s got 3 tiers of green plaid that’s all frayed at the ends. it only does this on the front btw the back is just normal plaid no layers. but that’s good so it doesn’t get stuck in a bench or something just imagine…. anyway waist is 30 inches (tag says size 11) and the length is 18 inches but you could call it 20 with the fringe. in perfect shape but the fabric is a little cheap, it’s probably new but it’s very cool and unique to me!
