bouncy button up dress

this is an odd piece but the texture of it is soooo dope. idk if you guys remember those videos of those dresses that Bounce up and down when u bounce. very bouncy fabric. full of movement and life. it’s brown speckled and has a little collar at the top. length from top to bottom is 41 inches and it’s free waist.
