sweet little y2k blouse top. cool fishnet type knit with little mesh pleat ruffles on the sleeves and bottom of shirt. tag says size small. length 24 inches with the ruffles. shoulders 16 inches across. pit to pit 18 inches. sleeves 17 inches.
