weird description idk how to describe this. super cute tho. clearly does not fit me, its size large. it’s one row of functional buttons and a decoration row, and there’s the sweetest green stretchy lace on the sides so u can tie it in a bow in the back!!! so cute!!! pit to pit measurement is 19 inches. waist is 32 inches. length is 18 inches.
