AS-IS red velvet floral tiered skirt

gorgeous velvet piece with a cool purple cord drawstring. totally perfect from the outside but the inside is frayed quite a bit. i’ve trimmed the threads a bit but i fear it will continue to unravel. it doesn’t seem like it’s coming apart but it’s just a lil funny looking on the inside lol. tag doesn’t say the size. waist fits 24-34 inches.length is 38-39 inches with the lace trim.
