super gorgeous flattering lil summer dress. ties under the bust to fit. tag is lori ann montreal, a brand from the 90s. it says size 6. waist is 32 inches. shoulder width is 16 inches. sleeve length is 19 inches long and 12 inches around. length is 46 inches but the lining comes to 42 inches.
