80s puff sleeve collared formal dress

i love this f-ing dress. literally so cute so cool. white collar, buttons all the way up the back, and the big bow on the back has snaps in the middle and on one side. tag is mysterious idk what it means. little yellow stain on the bottom/back of the dress (last pic). if i were to guess its probably a size M/L. waist is 28 inches. hips are 34 inches. torso length is 20 inches. shoulder width is 17 inches. chest is 34 inches. sleeves r 16 inches. length is 49 inches.
