80s polka dot mini skirt

super sweet old lil mini pencil skirt. zips up the back n has some elastic around the waist but the fabric isn’t very stretchy. tag says size L but probably fits more like a medium. waist is 24-27 inches. hips are 36 inches. length is 18 inches.
