70s paisley pocket apron dress

tbh i have no clue how to describe this piece. it’s kind of a vest type situation with pearl buttons down the front but it’s long enough to be a dress. (model is 5’10 so if it looks short on her that’s why.) super cute and old and seems maybe even handmade. nice lil pocket on one side. no tags or size listed but waist goes to 38 inches and length is 30 inches. maybe a medium.
