70s handmade summer skirt

total gem. someone made this with their hands with the coolest fabric in the world (not me i was just lucky to possess it for a time.) …. yknow it is a little wonky, the waist is just a simple seam and a poorly inserted zipper, no stretch or elastic or reinforcement or anything like that. just a tube of dope fabric from the 70s, and it honestly looks so cute on. i feel like it may be the bottom half of a dress due to the hand stitching at the top. it’s a little sheer but it’s perfect for the summer i think. the waist measures at 30 inches and it’s 36 inches long, not really much room for stretch but u could surely hem it easily. this could be so awesome on plz
