suuuuper flattering unique piece. brand is from the 80s. iconic seashell print fabric and a white collar piece sewn on. ties in the middle to cinch waist. lower waistline where the skirt starts. no size listed but fits like a S/M. shoulder width is 16.5 inches. waist is 31 inches. sleeves are 17 inches long and 10 inches around. hip is 40 inches around. length is 42 inches.
